Coordinator
Classification & Status: Non-exempt (hourly), part-time
Reports To: Campus Pastor & Technical
Director
Summary of Position:
Implement the vision of Celebration Church and its’ Senior Pastors
by coordinating details related to Worship and Production elements at our
Southwest Austin Campus. Connect
people to their destiny by connecting them with Christ, our church and their call
through engaging and inspiring worship experiences.
Position Schedule:
Part-time (25 hours per week) Tuesday (GT Campus) 9am-Noon, Thursday
5pm-8pm, Sunday 6:30am-2pm, Southwest Campus Team Meetings as schedule permits.
Christmas, Easter & Dream Team Appreciation service dates and times are
black out days for time off. There may be other events that you are required to
work outside of your normal schedule, you will be informed in advance of any of
these requirements.
Dream Team:
·
Recruit,
train and lead dream team for the Worship & Production Dream Teams
·
Build and maintain
relationships with Dream Teamers
·
Set-up times and
schedules to audition potential worship team members
Administrative:
·
Schedule band and
vocals for weekend service
·
Schedule Dream Team to
serve during set-up and tear down
· Maintain schedule for AVL
maintenance reporting any issues to the Technical Director
· Initiate and make consistent contact
with Dream Team via phone, email, text, etc. Respond in a timely manner.
·
Create structure and process for set-up and tear down for worship
and production equipment.
Financial:
· Assist with annual budgeting and
monthly budget updates, ensuring resources are being stewarded wisely in the
area of food services.
·
Enter
all live production and worship expenses into applicable system and maintain up
to date expense reports.
·
Utilize purchasing
system to procure needed items
Worship Responsibilities:
·
Play/sing for weekend services, student services, conferences
& events
·
Lead Accelerate
·
Lead rehearsals for weekend service
·
Assist with planning worship and creative elements for services
· Play/sing for weekend services, student services
and campus specific events
Production Responsibilities:
·
Troubleshoot system failures and communicate these with the
Technical Director
·
Media File Management

Education
& Experience:
·
3 years’ experience
in the production ministry of a multimedia driven church organization
·
1 years’ successful
experience in training systems and recruiting
·
Must be proficient with Pro
Presenter and Planning Center
·
Must complete Accelerate program
upon hire
Work
Environment & Physical Demands:

Must
be able to stand, stoop, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds

office environment
