Summary of Role
Implement the vision of Celebration Church and the Live Production Department by coordinating, leading, serving, and developing Celebration Church Live Production Dream Team across all campuses and venues. Connect people to their destiny by connecting them with Christ, our Church and their call through engaging and inspiring worship experiences and events.
Position Status & Schedule
Full-Time, 40 hours. Saturday – Thursday. Christmas & Easter service dates and times are black out days for time off. There may be other events that you are required to work outside of your normal schedule, you will be informed in advance of any of these requirements.
Primary Functions & Responsibilities
• Production Lead for new campuses
• Assist with development of Dream Team - Recruit, train, motivate, retain, communicate with, and appreciate all Dream Team members
• Coordinate training steps of Dream Team members
• Creating a curriculum for new Dream Team members
• Utilize Planning Center Online to help coordination of team members
• Participate in events held at Celebration Church.
• Assist with leading and coaching in our Accelerate Program.
• Be available to assists or serve midweek Celebration Students worship experience
• Attend all required rehearsal sessions for services, special events, and recording initiatives that you are scheduled for

Education & Experience
• 1 year of successful experience on a worship Dream Team
• Must complete Accelerate program upon hire
Work Environment & Physical Demands
• Must be able to stand for extensive periods of time, stoop, walk, and some lifting of equipment may be necessary
