WAVE Coordinator
Non-Exempt
Reports to: Student Pastor
Summary of Role
Implement the vision of Celebration Church by coordinating WAVE Night and WAVE Student Conference.
Position Status & Schedule
Full-time (40 hours), Saturday 4-7pm, Sunday 8:30am-2pm, Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm. Dream Team Appreciation, Christmas & Easter service dates and times are black out days for time off. There may be other events that you are required to work outside of your normal schedule, you will be informed in advance of any of these requirements.
Primary Functions & Responsibilities
Dream Team
• Recruit, train, lead and schedule dream team for WAVE Nights & WAVE Student Conference
• Build and maintain relationships with Dream Teamers
Administrative
• Coordinate the creative process for WAVE by capturing vision, communicating the vision to the necessary teams and/or contractors, ensuring implementation and oversight of quality control
• Build event structure for WAVE Night and WAVE Student Conference
• Responsible for WAVE email and all internal and external WAVE communication
• Coordinate Student Teams at Campuses for WAVE (i.e. transportation)
• Lead collaboration with other departments for WAVE
• Schedule meetings and reserve spaces via eSpace
Financial
• Assist with annual budgeting and monthly budget updates, ensuring resources are being stewarded wisely in the area of WAVE Night and WAVE Student Conference
• Enter all WAVE expenses into applicable procurement system and maintain up to date expense reports
• Oversee operations for WAVE Night and WAVE Student Conference
Other
• Leadership responsibilities as directed
• Assist Student Team with overall operations as directed

Education & Experience
• 1 year successful ministry experience (any combination of full-time, internship, and/or schooling with an emphasis on student ministry)
Work Environment & Physical Demands
• Must be able to stand, stoop, walk, and run.
• Open office environment
